Day 1-Arrival
On arrival you will be picked from the airport by our company representative, who will transfer you to the hotel for dinner and overnight. Cassia lodge

Day 2-Lake Mburo Tour
Early in the morning after breakfast, depart by road to Lake Mburo National Park. You will have a stopover to look at the Royal Drum makers, stand at the Equator for a photographic opportunity and also listen to some few interesting facts. You will continue to Lake Mburo National Park. On arrival you will go a game drive where you may spot the big herds of zebra, impala, eland and other ungulates. Bird viewing opportunities are excellent - for birders. Dinner and overnight at the lodge

Day 3- Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
After breakfast, you will drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. You will have lunch in Kabale town. After lunch you will continue on your journey, which offers excellent views including the triangular peaks of the Virunga volcanoes of Rwanda and the Congo. The road then drops down into a valley, to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to the mountain gorillas.

Day 4
 -Gorilla tracking          
Wake up relatively early for breakfast and after report to the ranger station for registration and a talk by one of the rangers; the guides will then take you through the forest to track the gorillas. It's amazing to think there are only about 650 of these creatures left! If you finish tracking early you may go for a guided walk on the Munyaga River trail, which is an ideal short walk. This trail leads to three delightful crystal clear waterfalls, and there is a profusion of tree ferns, epithytic ferns, orchids and Bwindi's colorful array of butterflies. Here you may also see birds and primates from the forest edge. Dinner and Overnight as above

Day 5-Queen Elizabeth National Park
After breakfast you will drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. A game drive En-route go through the Inshasha sector and you may be rewarded with Tree climbing lions,  waterbucks, Elephants, Leopards, Buffaloes, Hyenas and a variety of Antelope species. Dinner and Overnight at the lodge

Day 6-Game Drive
Early morning wake up for the morning game drives to catch up with early risers and predators returning to their hideouts. During the game drive, you will be likely to me et grazing hippos, elephants, lions, spotted hyenas, bushbucks, water bucks, stripped jackal, leopard , and of course the several warthogs. After lunch, you will go for a boat ride on the Kazinga Channel and into Lake Edward. Dinner and Overnight in Fortportal town

Day 7-Kibale forest national park
After breakfast you will transfer to Kibale national park for Chimpanzee tracking. In the afternoon you will visit Bigodi swamp where you may spot various water birds. Dinner and overnight at the lodge

Day 8-Murchison Falls National Park
After an early morning breakfast you will drive to Murchison falls National Park. You will make a stop over in Masindi town for lunch and there after proceed to the park. You will stop at the top of the falls before reaching the lodge.

Day 9-Game drive
After an early breakfast, you will go for a game drive. The Wildlife in the Murchison Falls National Park includes elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, lions, Uganda kobs, oribis and waterbucks. After the drive you will return to the lodge for lunch and in the afternoon you will go for a boat cruise which gives an exciting panoramic view at the bottom of the mighty Murchison falls. It enables you to see crocodiles, hippos, and birds on the river banks like kingfisher, cormorants, bee-eater and the rare shoebill stork. Dinner and overnight as above

Day 10-Kampala
After breakfast drive back to Kampala you will make a stopover at Ziwa rhino sanctuary. You will have lunch enroute, you will arrive Kampala in the afternoon. Dinner and overnight at Cassia Lodge

For a 12 days safari, you can do a city tour in Kampala, and visit Jinja to see the source of the Nile and half day white water rafting/ you can add an extra day in For Portal and visit the royal tombs, crater lakes, and Amabereganyinamwiru.
