Day One: Drive to Fort Portal.
In the morning have breakfast and drive along Masaka road to Fort portal. The drive takes you through acacia grassland and homesteads to reaching in the afternoon. You will check in your lodge have lunch and then go for a walk in the Bigodi wetland sanctuary in the afternoon. The place is known to harbour rare flora and fauna including plenty of birds. This walk will reward you with animals like monkeys, Uganda Kobs, bush babies and many more. Dinner and overnight at Ndali Lodge / Mountains of the moon / Primates lodge Kanyanchu.

Day Two: Chimpanzee tracking and Drive back to Kampala.
In the morning you will have breakfast and then transfer to Kanyanchu tourist information centre. You will be briefed about the tracking activity and then proceed into the forest, heading along the tracks in the forest to search for chimpanzees. The walk through the park will be guided providing information about not only on chimpanzees but also on flora and fauna. You will be able to meet the chimpanzees and spend sometime watching them feed and making theirs calls. If you are lucky to find then hunting this is the best time, as you watch them share the meat amongst themselves. After tracking you will then drive to Kampala to reach in the evening.
